My name is Megan Andrus. I am a professional Graphic Designer located in Los Angeles, California. I am currently a freelance artist looking to work for a larger company or advertising agency where I can let my creative juices flow freely. I have been designing for about four years now, and I have been an artist my entire life. (well, ever since I learned to hold a pencil) I earned my bachelors degree in Graphic Design and minor in Marketing at Eastern Michigan University and graduated in December of 2003. I was involved in the graphic design group AIGA and the Student Marketing Association along with swimming butterfly for the varsity swim team. I worked for the Eastern Echo, Eastern Michigan's award winning student newspaper as the advertising designer. Then, I worked for Eye Catcher Plus, a marketing company that creates marketing campaigns and put rotating ad poster displays in Powerhouse Gyms all over Southeast Michigan, as their head designer. I was also head of the creative department at Preview America, a concierge company located in Livonia, Michigan, that promotes restaurants and a variety of businesses in hotels all over Southeastern Michigan. I would describe myself as an open-minded creative self-motivated leader willing to put 110% in everything I do.
